National Freestyle Duals
National Freestyle Duals are the premiere freestyle dual tournament located on the Jersey Shore. NFD has hosted some of the best wrestlers in the country on every age level. This event is USA Wrestling sanctioned and will follow UWW rules.

Location: Sportika 150 Woodward Rd, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726.
Dates: May 3rd and 4th 2025.
Divisions: Elementary Boys K-6th grade, Girls K-8 grade (NEW!), Middle School Boys K-8th grade, High School Girls 8th-12th grade, High School Boys (Development & Olympic) 8th-12th grade, and Men’s Open.
Time: TBD
Fans: Door fee is $20 for anyone over the age of 8, spectators can bring their own seating. However, there is seating in the venue.
Fee: $800 Boys High School and Middle School, $750 Girls High School, $600 Girls K-8 grade, and $750 Elementary Boys. Each team gets two coaching passes, and table worker.

Divisions
Boys Elementary K-6th grade
Periods: Two-minute periods with 30 second rest between periods for all matches.
Age: K-6th grade
Goal: To give youth wrestlers and introduction to freestyle wrestling. Our ultimate goal is to get every team in this division 3-4 quality matches.
Weights: 58, 63, 67, 70, 74, 78, 82, 86, 92, 98, 108, 117, 135 lbs.
Middle School Boys
Periods: Two-minute periods with 30 second rest between periods for all matches.
Age: K-8th grade
Goal: This is a highly competitive division with some of the best wrestlers in the country. Our goal is to make sure every team gets 4-5 matches.
Weights: 75, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 126, 132, 140, 155, 175 lbs.
Girls K-8th grade (NEW!)
Periods: Two-minute periods with 30 second rest between periods for all matches.
Age: K-8th grade
Goal: To give youth wrestlers and introduction to freestyle wrestling. Our ultimate goal is to get every team in this division 3-4 quality matches.
Weights: 55, 59, 64, 69, 75, 81, 87, 94, 102, 112, 126, 140 lbs
High School Girls 8th-12th
Periods: Two- two minute and thirty second periods with 30 second rest between periods for all matches.
Age: 8th-12th grade.
Goal: This division is for high school wrestlers looking to improve upon their freestyle skills. Our goal is to make sure every team gets 3-4 matches.
Weights: 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 155, 170, 190 lbs
High Boys Developmental & Olympic 8th-12th
Periods: Two- two minute periods with 30 second rest between periods for all matches.
Age: 8th-12th grade.
Goal:
Olympic (limited to 24 teams)
Accepting the first 24 teams to register after that teams will have to register for development division. This division is for high level clubs/teams. This is a highly competitive division with some of the best wrestlers in the country. Our goal is to make sure every team gets 4-5 matches.
Developmental
This division is for high school programs and small clubs. The competition level is still strong in this division. Includes tournament with a crowned champ (trophy for champ) and then given cross over matches with the olympic pool to finish the day. Our goal is to make sure every team gets 4-5 matches.

Men's Open
Men’s National Freestyle Open is back. The open is round robin format with cross over matches. This event is USA Wrestling sanctioned and will follow UWW rules. The goal of the open is to get athletes 3-4 matches of high level competition to start their freestyle season. Team rate available for $700 for up to 15 athletes.
