Registration Instructions Once you register you will be sent an email with instructions to upload rosters to flowrestling.  You will also have the option to make updates or adjustments as well.

Once you pay and register, you will be sent a login and password to Flowrestling. Use this to upload your roster and make changes to your team.  All team registrations come with 2 coach's' passes and a table worker.
