Prep Camp
Garden State Prep Camp for middle schoolers will kick off August 7th and 8th. The goal of this camp is to prepare middle school athletes for high school by putting them into a serious training environment. This camp is high-level and intense. Athletes will also be able to showcase their skills in front of some of the best high school coaches in the country. This camp is for any serious middle school wrestler looking to improve upon their skills! Each coach will be given information about every athlete attending through our registration process. Campers will receive two GSW t-shirts with a number on the back that will match their registration information.
Location: St. Joseph’s Metuchen High School; 145 Plainfield Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840
Current Committed Schools: Blair, St. Joseph’s Metuchen, Southern Regional, CBA, Delbarton, RBC, Seton Hall Prep, St. Peter’s Prep
*Camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by grade level must be 5th-8th grade to attend)

Session One 4:00pm-5:45pm – Technique & Drill
Session Two 5:45pm-6:15pm – Refueling Break and Learn More About Attending Schools
Session Three 6:15pm-8:00pm – Hard Drilling, Technique, and Live
Day 2 - August 8th, 2025

Session Four 10:00am-12:00pm – Hard Drilling and Technique
Session Five 12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch and Visit With Coaches Learn More About Attending Schools
Session Six 1:00pm-3:00pm – Hard Drilling, Technique, and Live

Important To Knows About Camp
- Lunch MUST be brought
- Option to buy lunch from food truck
- Must register by 7/21 to guarantee t-shirt
- Caps at 75 athletes (no exceptions)
- Please register as accurately as possible so coaches will have correct information
