The Open

Zingo Nationals

GSW will host ‘The Open’ a men’s collegiate open. This tournament will be a culminating event to finish the regular season. We have strategically placed this event the week before conference tournaments. Over the past couple of years we have hosted some of the best redshirts and teams in the country!

Date: Sunday March 2nd, 2025

Location: Franklin Township High School- 500 Elizabeth Ave, Somerset, NJ 08873 (30mins from Newark Airport, 15mins from Rutgers University)

Rules: NCAA rules, double elimination wrestling to six places. (If needed round robins will be implemented to maximize matches)

Fee: $60

Registration: Caps at 300 (first come, first serve)

Weight-Ins: 7AM

Start Time: 9AM

Awards: Champ, Runner-up, and G.O.A.T Award
