National Freestyle Duals

National Freestyle Duals are the premiere freestyle dual tournament located on the Jersey Shore. NFD has hosted some of the best wrestlers in the country on every age level.

Dates: April 22nd High School Boys (Olympic & Developmental) and High School Girls April 23rd Elementary School, Middle Boys, and Men’s Open

Divisions: Elementary 1st-5th grade, Middle School Boys 5th-8th grade, High School Boys and Girls 8th-12th, and Men’s Open

Time: 9AM start both days

Fans: Door fee is $20 for anyone over the age of 8. Spectators can bring their own seating however, there is seating in the venue

Men’s Open 4.23.23

Last year the men’s open had over 130 registered wrestlers with over 30 division-one nationally ranked wrestlers. The open is a round robin format with a red and blue bracket. The goal of the open is to get athletes 3-4 matches of high level competition to start their freestyle season.
